Who we are
This website is run by Infoline Technologies LLP, 2nd Floor, Star Tower, Pandikkad Road, Manjeri, Malappuram, Kerala 676121, India. For anything about your data, email info@infolinetech.in.
What we collect and why
- Analytics. Unless you decline, Google Analytics records how the site is used, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. We use this to improve the site.
- Booking a call. The booking calendar comes from Google Calendar and loads only when you choose to open it. Google receives what you enter there, and we use it to hold the call.
- Emails. If you email us, we use your message and address to reply.
- Hosting. Our host, Netlify, processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve the site and keep it secure.
Our legal basis
We use analytics cookies because we have a legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site, and you can turn them off at any time. We handle booking and email details because you asked us to respond.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies whose names start with _ga, which can last up to two years. They load when you first visit. If you choose Decline, or "Cookie settings" in the footer and then Decline, we stop Analytics and remove those cookies. We store your choice in your browser so we don't ask on every page.
Who handles your data
We use Google (Analytics, Calendar and email) and Netlify (hosting). Some of these providers process data outside your country, including outside the EU and India. We don't sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details and emails for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting on our account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email us to do this. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
